Role Overview:

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to manage and coordinate service operations, ensuring timely and efficient support

for customers. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, customer service expertise, and the ability to

work in a fast-paced environment while coordinating between clients and the technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer service requests and inquiries.

• Schedule and assign service jobs to technicians based on priority and availability.

• Track and monitor service requests to ensure timely completion and quality standards.

• Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and customer feedback.

• Coordinate with procurement for required parts and materials for service jobs.

• Communicate service status updates to customers in a professional manner.

• Assist in preparing service reports, invoices, and documentation.

• Ensure adherence to service policies, safety standards, and company protocols.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in service coordination, administration, or customer service (preferably in technology or

digital printing industry).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
