Role Purpose
Lead and scale the company’s sales organization to achieve top-line growth, profitability, and market expansion.
The role owns strategy, execution, and team leadership to ensure revenue realization and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for building a data-driven sales culture and leveraging CRM insights to drive consistent performance
and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
• Formulate and execute annual and long-term sales strategy, budgets, and forecasts aligned with company
goals.
• Manage territory planning, quota setting, and incentive design to maximize productivity.
• Oversee all aspects of sales operations, CRM analytics, and customer lifecycle management.
• Build strategic relationships with clients, regulators, and partners to enhance market intelligence and
brand visibility.
• Mentor and develop high-performing sales teams through coaching, structured KPIs, and continuous skill
enhancement.
• Drive collaboration across marketing, finance, and operations for integrated business delivery.

• Achievement of revenue, profitability, and conversion rate targets.
• Growth in sales pipeline and customer base.
• CRM adoption and data quality improvement.
• Percentage of on-time quota and incentive framework delivery.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s in Business, Sales, or Marketing; Master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of experience with at least 6–8 years in leadership.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
• Expertise in CRM systems, data visualization, and financial forecasting.
