Role Purpose

Lead and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring aligned with strategic

business goals. Focus on UAE National hiring, talent diversity, and graduate programs to build a sustainable pipeline

of future-ready talent. Serve as a key enabler of organizational capability through proactive talent mapping, data

analytics, and stakeholder partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evolve strategic recruitment frameworks and annual hiring plans.

• Lead sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes ensuring SLA and KPI adherence.

• Drive Emiratisation and diversity hiring strategies aligned with corporate values.

• Manage Graduate Trainee and Internship programs from selection to post-placement review.

• Develop university and institutional partnerships to strengthen the employer brand.

• Deliver real-time dashboards, reports, and analytics to inform leadership decisions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction metrics.

• Increased UAE National participation and diversity ratios.

• Successful execution of GT and internship programs with retention metrics.

• Stakeholder feedback and service quality indices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR or Business Administration.

• 8–10 years’ experience in HR with specialization in Talent Acquisition.

• Strong exposure to ATS, HRIS, and campus hiring strategies.

• Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and employer branding.
