Role Purpose

Drive analytical, operational, and governance excellence across compensation, benefits, and workforce planning. The

role enables evidence-based HR decisions by delivering accurate data, insights, and compliance across payroll,

incentives, and budgeting processes. Acts as a bridge between finance and HR to ensure alignment between headcount,

cost efficiency, and employee rewards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and payroll cost control.

• Manage compensation benchmarking and short-term incentive processing ensuring fairness and compliance.

• Oversee HR analytics and dashboards for data-driven decision making.

• Conduct payroll audits and ensure policy alignment and regulatory adherence.

• Drive process automation and continuous improvement in HRMS data integrity.

• Provide management reports, risk assessments, and cost insights to leadership.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Accuracy and timeliness of reports, payroll, and incentive disbursement.

• Reduction in audit findings and improvement in process turnaround time.

• Increased automation and adoption of analytics dashboards.

• Adherence to payroll SLAs and financial compliance standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors in HR, Finance, or Business Analytics; Master’s preferred.

• 04 to 06 years of relevant experience in HR analytics, payroll, or rewards.

• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and HRMS expertise.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly collaborative professional.
