Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the production team, ensuring smooth workflow and

timely delivery of projects.

• Manage end-to-end production processes, including signage fabrication, assembly, installation, and

finishing techniques.

• Provide guidance and training to production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability,

and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with sales and design teams to interpret client requirements and translate them into

executable production solutions.

• Ensure that all signage materials and fabrication methods adhere to the highest quality standards and

project specifications.

• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and equipment to avoid delays in

production.

• Conduct quality checks on completed projects before dispatch and installation to maintain client

satisfaction.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues that may arise during the production

process.

• Implement safety and compliance procedures in the workshop to maintain a safe and efficient

working environment.

• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met without

compromising quality.

• Maintain accurate production schedules, reports, and documentation for management review.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in signage/advertising production or a related industry.

• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse

workforce.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple client projects under tight

deadlines.

• Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with

clients, vendors, and team members.

• In-depth knowledge of signage fabrication processes, materials, tools, and finishing techniques.

• Working knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW is considered an

advantage.

• Ability to remain proactive, solution-focused, and detail-oriented in fast-paced project environments.
