Role Purpose
Lead the end-to-end organizational effectiveness and rewards agenda to enhance structural efficiency, workforce
planning, and employee value proposition. The role ensures alignment of human capital strategy with corporate
goals through effective design, governance, and performance frameworks. It influences decision-making by
implementing robust HR systems, total rewards frameworks, and governance policies that drive transparency,
engagement, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, refine, and execute comprehensive compensation, benefits, and recognition strategies ensuring
competitiveness and sustainability.
• Lead organizational design, workforce optimization, and job evaluation to enable agility and efficiency.
• Implement governance frameworks for HR policies, payroll, and delegation of authority, maintaining
compliance and scalability.
• Partner with leadership to promote performance-driven culture via innovative recognition programs and
structured workforce planning.
• Drive audit readiness, data accuracy, and HR process standardization to enhance operational integrity and
accountability.
• Champion organizational change, ensuring alignment between people structures, business priorities, and
transformation goals.

• Timely implementation and compliance of policies, systems, and DOA frameworks.
• Market-aligned compensation structures and internal equity.
• Variance management within manpower budgets and headcount efficiency ratios.
• 100% audit closure rate with effective documentation.
• Measurable improvement in employee engagement and reward satisfaction scores
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, or OD; Master’s preferred.
• 8–10 years’ progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Certified in CIPD, SHRM, GRP, or equivalent frameworks.
• Proficient in HRMS, Power BI, and advanced Excel; strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies
(Hay/Mercer).
