Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team in preparing quotations,
proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and communications to ensure timely responses and maintain
client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams including design, production, and logistics to ensure seamless
execution of client projects within deadlines.
• Maintain and update accurate records of sales leads, inquiries, client interactions, and project
details using CRM tools or internal databases.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, track performance metrics, and support the sales team in achieving
monthly and quarterly targets.
• Assist in client relationship management by handling calls, emails, and meetings professionally.
• Ensure smooth project flow by monitoring progress, identifying issues, and facilitating solutions
between departments.
• Support in organizing and participating in client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events as
required.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable inputs to the sales
team.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in the advertising/signage industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional client
relationships.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM
systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to work.
